How do Nordbron products fıt?
We go above and beyond the standard development process to guarantee a perfected fit in each of our outerwear pieces. There are 5 different fits for all of Nordbron products- Slim Fit, Regular Fit, Relaxed Fit, Loose Fit, Oversize. Please use the size chart found on each product page to find your size.

Orders
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are displayed in AB euro (EUR).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Nordbron accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Occasionally we have to cancel an order due to processing or payment issues. If we do cancel your order due to suspected fraud or other processing issues, we will contact you to verify the cancellation or obtain the additional necessary information to process the order. We cannot hold merchandise on orders for which we cannot collect payment. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of reaching out to verify information, we will cancel your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it is placed?
Please double check that all information is accurate on your order before submitting. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made. If you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out to info@nordbron.com right away.
Do you have a send as a gift option for orders?
We do not currently offer Gift options for orders.
Do you offer prıce adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments at this time.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your next favorite outerwear piece to you within 3-5 business days. International (non-ab) orders will take additional time.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please notify our customer service team right away by contacting info@nordbron.com damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be considered for a replacement or refund.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at info@nordbron.com All shipments delivered to the correct shipping address on order are no longer the responsibility of nordbron. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

We currently ship to ab and u.s. (we are always working on expanding our shipping destinations).
What items are consıdered fınal sale?
All sale ıtems are considered fınal sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange. Final sale items are not eligible for the lifetime warranty program.
Can i return fınal sale items? What if the item was a gift?
Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to us with any questions about a final sale item before purchasing.
