Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! Our 30-Day Return Policy allows you 30 days to decide whether you need a different size or would like to return your product altogether. All returns must be initiated no later than 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached in order to be eligible for return.

What items are eligible for return?
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to the original method of payment. If your order experienced a shipping delay, the 30-day return period will begin on the day you actually receive your order.
How long will it take for my return to process?
Returns typically take 3–5 business days to process, excluding the day of receipt. Tracking confirmation of delivery to our warehouse does not mean your refund has been issued. Refunds can only be processed once the warehouse has confirmed that the returned items have been received in proper condition. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the order.
Who pays for shipping when returning?
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable. Nordbron covers the cost of the return shipping back to us, but all original shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
How do I exchange for a different size or style?
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order once your return is initiated. You may either wait until your refund has been processed and then place a new order, or place your new order immediately to secure availability. Once the return has been processed, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Do you accept international returns?
Unfortunately, Nordbron does not accept international returns at this time.
Damages

All Nordbron products are crafted with the highest quality materials and workmanship. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@nordbron.com so we can resolve the issue.


Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt in order to be considered for a replacement or refund. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be approved unless they are determined to be a manufacturing or factory defect. Defect determinations are at the discretion of Nordbron.



What items are not eligible for return?
Items are not eligible for return if they are received more than 30 days after delivery, or if they have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Products returned without their original tags, or those received in a damaged condition due to improper use, will not be accepted. Free gifts or promotional items included with a purchase are also excluded from returns. Additionally, any item returned without prior approval from Nordbron will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
